Both types of booty gymbands we provide are designed for result. It is all depending on what exercises and muscle groups you like to develop. A set of Booty Buckle provides you with a relative longer band that is best suited for stand-up exercises. A shorter set of booty gymbands is provide in a set of Burning Buckle. These bands are best suited for exercises where you work from the floor or a gym mat. The shorter the band, the faster you will experience the burn in your muscles.
