Delivery time & shipping costs

We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. If an order is placed on working days before 22:00, we will try to ship it the next day. However, this is not always possible. Sometimes products are not in stock and therefore the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page gives an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is done by the postal or parcel delivery service. In general, delivery takes place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. The exact delivery time depends on the factors mentioned above.
