Cooling-off period/return and exception to consumer right of withdrawal.

Changed your mind and don't want to receive Bootybands with a Buckle? No problem, just send them back. Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can only take back unopened packages. Would you like to return an unopened pack? Then click here to fill out the return form.

The shipping costs of the return shipment are for the sender ( so for you 😉 ). We have taken care of the shipping costs and we ask you to do the same for the return shipment. You are free to choose a shipping company.

Technical defect due to manufacturing error

If, despite the great care taken in the production, there is a technical defect due to a manufacturing error, please send us your message with a picture of the defect. In that case you can e-mail your message with a photo or video to info@gymband-that-opens.com. We will inspect both your images and the products themselves. If there is a proven technical defect due to a production error, we will refund the shipping costs. We will send you a new one (if in stock at that time).

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal for sealed products

A seller may seal products under certain circumstances, such as products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons. These products can be returned if the seal is not broken.

Our elastic gymbands are intended to be worn on bare skin. Due to the movement of the elastic material, it is possible that dander or hairs may remain in the structure, which cannot be detected by the eye. Therefore, we consider it hygienically irresponsible to take back used gymbands, as they are no longer saleable as a new product. To ensure the hygiene of our customers, the packages of the gym bands are sealed with plastic/cellophane. When this seal is broken, the right of return expires.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason, provided that the seal is not broken. Once the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you decide to make use of your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 days to return the product after the cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from the shipping address to the web shop The Gymband that opens, are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7,25 per parcel (price level August 2022); please consult the website of your shipping company for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - unopened and sealed - in the original state and packaging to the web shop The Gymband that Opens. To make use of this right you can contact us: info@gymband-that-opens.com. We will then refund the paid order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Mistake?

It is possible that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond repair, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.

I have mistakenly entered a wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to correct the address on the order.

Want to exchange a purchased product?

Do you want to exchange the product? No problem at all. You can contact us at info@gymband-that-opens.com. However, you will have to cover the cost of returning the product to us.
