Warranty & Complaints


We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to our customers in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport, or that something else happens which entitles you to make a warranty claim. Under European law, we are responsible for any technical defect of conformity that arises within two years after the delivery of the products. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is, in any case, within two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for the product to be repaired free of charge or replaced.



It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first report any complaints to us by sending an e-mail to info@gymband-that-opens.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your claim for mediation through the foundation called 'Stichting WebwinkelKeur' via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the European Union to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint on the platform of the European Union.
